The Gun

She was just a lonely girl
Tryin' to find her place in this world
You were a cold blooded snake
Slithering your way into her life
Making false promises
And feeding her the sweetest lies

She was just a naive girl
Fallin' for all your words
You wrapped yourself around her
And slowly she was consumed

Oh ooooh oh
My work here's just begun
Oh ooooh oh
Underneath the fallin' sun
Oh ooooh oh
I know what you've done
Oh ooooh oh
There's nowhere you can run
Oh ooooh oh
You can't escape my gun

You robbed her of her innocence
And stole her from her family
You became her everything
And led her into the dark
Kept her hidden from the world
6 feet beneath the ground

She was just a naive girl
Fallin' for all your words
You wrapped the noose around her neck
And hung her out to die

Oh ooooh oh
My work here's just begun
Oh ooooh oh
Underneath the fallin' sun
Oh ooooh oh
I know what you've done
Oh ooooh oh
There's nowhere you can run
Oh ooooh oh
You can't escape my gun
