Feeling a dark lonely past
Running fears in your mind so fast
Shadows chase you to last....
Escaping with chains intact....
Tolerating so much pain...
From people that abused you in vain...
A mother without no shame...
Baby lets dance in the rain....
A long river you want to follow
Guiding you to steer your sorrow
Thirsting it to want to swallow...
What is waiting for tomorrow???.....
I want to help you sober....
(For you)
I want to make it over
(For you)
Your body is getting older.....
Can you see my tears
I want to drink your lips
(For you)
That carries still the drips
(For you)
Of your poison that continues in sips...

A boy that never cried
Many times he obediently tried....
Years and years kept in silent, tied....
Where's that innocent child????
Some things wont ever change...
With forgiveness, some black hearts remain the same....
Drinking away to forget who to blame

A SONG I WROTE DEDICATED TO SOMEONE I'M TALKING TO THAT IS ADDICTED TO ALCOHOL AND IS TRYING TO STOP BUT IS HARD FOR HIM. SO WROTE THIS HOPING IT WILL HELP HIM REFLECT SOME AND TRY HELPING HIM MAKE A CHANGE. CAUSE I AM SAD AND WORRIED FOR HIM.

Thank you so much stoney... It is very strong and painful at same time. Cause when u care for someone and cant seem to it hurts more. They have to try too. Its not easy but im there trying to help him. Thank you for liking this and hope one day you can hear how its sang....

All we can do is be there for them the rest is up to them is it most be a subconscious decision for it has to be there first walk towards recovery for so often they truly don't really understand what they are doing to those who believe in them as we only want the best for them cause we truly care about there well being all you can do is support them on their journey respect dear poetess

Thank you he means alot to me and young too. When he is sweet he shows that side but he then shows his dark side too and it is depressing to see but im trying to be there for him. May God open his eyes one day.
