I CAN'T SLEEP

Sorry to hear that some people are just so fill with selfish ways not having the common sense to respect others for its all about them I feel your pain dear poetess..respect

Wow you understand my song, you know the reason why I couldn't sleep. I'm amazed you could know it cause I hardly mentioned why I couldn't but you caught on. Thanks hun yea it was hell but well Im glad the night is over. The night used to be my nights of escape and peaceful rest now it's looking like my enemy so be it. Thanks for liking my work.

Respect dear poetess hopefully it will change how you can escape from the madness and insanity

Yes is what I'd try to do. But it's hard to sleep when other people make noise and don't sleep knockout till late hours. I'm just like whatever so I just say fk this not much I can do anymore. Just goad night is over.

Yes many don't sleep much and just a custom the body that way but it's your mind you have to convince. I'm afraid to sleep less and enter in insomnia cause way while back in time it happened like that, I had lost so much sleep that eventually I just couldn't easily sleep at night and it scared me so much I wailed so much. I thankfully got it back my sleeping feeling but now its like I can't sleep cause the houses my damn nephews make at night talking and on games late hours. It's a real nightmare.  

Sorry to heart that, you need to tire them out in the afternoon  so they can go straight to sleep at night and not wake up until morning.  Keep on writing.

Well they aren't kiddos anymore they are big kids 17 and 20 years lol

I was recently going through a bout of insomnia, tossing and turning with hundreds of thoughts running through my mind, then writing to get the words out, falling asleep around 3am and waking up at 5am knowing I had to go to work.

I can certainly feel the frustration, your use of repition rings true in my head, asking ourselves, why this happening.

Thanks Wally I wrote that in same night i was not able to sleep. I couldn't sleep cause my nephews and niece wouldn't stop talking and stuff at night. They kept going and it lead me to depression and many anxieties. Now its lil better cause my dad told them to shut things off at 11 12 and that helps lil more. So it was hell and crying but glad its much better. Thanks for liking my poem hun.

No i couldnt sleep cause my nephews and neice wouldnt shut up late at night and having to work next day left me paranoid. I was very tired and the sounds were worst then a nightmare. If you see in writing i wrote i can hear the rats in room... Im talking about them.

Yes u and me totally could write a book on my part I'd write about so many nights of bullshit late talking thats like rats that you cant shut up lol

You need to live in a detached house somewhere or just tell everybody that you can't sleep & see what happens!
