I Stand
I stand but I stumble,
The world around me crumbles.
I fall, I try to crawl,
I once stood tall, today I feel small.
I try to speak, but my voice squeaks,
I’ve become weak, my eyes begin to leak.
My future is unclear, it’s my greatest fear,
I just want to disappear, maybe ill go in a year.
I feel so alone, my heart has turned to stone,
The pain hurts to the bone, I let out a groan.
I try to cry, but the tears have run dry,
I was too shy, let life pass me by.
I just needed a hand, someone to help me once again stand.
