Goddamn Brother this is a good one. I'm thinking I might have (if I was the one who was writing it) might reverse the order of part two and three, so you end up moving from the abstract to the concrete. Also I do favor that part two a lot. Even though part three mentions Partch by name, you've still got him in the title, a verse and his clickety rhythm throughout.
