Difference but the same

I wish I knew of what to do
Of how to start and begin anew
Of who I am and where to go
Of what it means and how to grow

But instead I struggle to decide
To myself I denied the truth inside
My anger comes and people cry
No answer comes I wonder why

Alone and lost I need to find
I need some peace within my mind
A home to have that I can love
A hope that shines from up above

So I travel across the distant land
A place to make my final stand
A dream of mine and final goal
A patch to fix my broken soul

All the times that I used to always hate
My life and story, my hopeless fate
I don't want to be that broken man
So I get up and I start again
