In ancient times
In ancient times, my sacred soul, you used to fly
And now you’re dying without him and you despair.
You lost your will and meaningless you scream, you cry
What are you now? Who’ve you become? You’ve lost your air.
You wander now through worlds of ash and lakes of smoke
Trying to find what once was yours and now is lost
But every step forward you make will only choke
The very last pure thing in you -that is the cost-
Your darkest fear will come to life, are you aware?
You know the price, but still you make yet one more step
And what is love without a risk? But still beware
Cause you might die for good this time, what’s lost is kept.
