I should have listened when you whispered in my ear
"No one will believe you and you'll disappear"
I can't put away the fact that you touched me and got away with the act
So this is the way it is

I stay silenced and you get praised
I know you for what you really are and yet people still won't listen to my truth
You put your hands on me without my consent
I spill my story and it gets discredited by some lousy excuse of drinks

We both know I had nothing hard to drink
