One man's mental breakdown another's bad hair day
Learnt at a mothers knee
You can't have everything in life
Be happy with what you have

If you have hope
If you have ever been loved by someone
If on your darkest day you have seen the sun
If at midnight you have caught sight of the moon
If at your lowest ebb you have looked up and seen the stars
Or sat and watched the Heron pluck fish from the river
Consider yourself lucky and count your blessings that you are alive
