Taking Back My Fairey Tale
Tonight's sleep not so slumbering,
Dreams from when I am awake,
Slipped in with the hand of the other,
Infected disease I feel imprisoned,
One day I wake from yester ash,
Falling off my crippling establishment,
I do the best for what I came for,
But this world, it wants us to afford,
Living to accord what is genuine
Screams in your soul you want out,
Of all the things obsessively true to you,
How can things gone this terribly wrong,
Gas light leading the lithium lanterns,
The worst possible outcome of it all,
Is the same damn thing wearing a smile,
People applauding their epidemics,
In an age of the lost and disembodied,
Little bugs crawling around our skin,
Made their way into their new homes,
The dead harvesting upon the once alive,
Dreams from when I am awake,
Slipped in with the hand of the other,
Infected disease I feel imprisoned,
One day I wake from yester ash,
Falling off my crippling establishment,
I do the best for what I came for,
But this world, it wants us to afford,
Living to accord what is genuine
Screams in your soul you want out,
Of all the things obsessively true to you,
How can things gone this terribly wrong,
Gas light leading the lithium lanterns,
The worst possible outcome of it all,
Is the same damn thing wearing a smile,
People applauding their epidemics,
In an age of the lost and disembodied,
Little bugs crawling around our skin,
Made their way into their new homes,
The dead harvesting upon the once alive,
