Soul searching
I'm bleeding out before you
Lying upon the floor.
Arms wide open, stretching out in pain.
A lost soul stuck on a dark and winding road, trying to find my way home.
Scared, alone, so many secrets past, still eating upon my brain . I feel nothing left to gain.
Searching for my soul. Eventually I shall find myself. Don't wait up.
LEAVE THE LIGHT ON I'M COMING HOME!!!

I am cursed with often linking poems to some of my favorite music. The tone here reminds of the crafted by Pink Floyd with their most intense tunes and Sting in coming up with the album "Soul Cages".
