ZZZZZZZzzzzzzz

As my eyelids shut up shop,
Dame Judie Dench, retracts and seems lost,
silence falling; as I fall.

Words; fleeting symmetry of connection, puzzle,
images concocted from this,
repent my tongues regret.

I am too big or too small, I think, to fly,
or swim,
I’m always against the tide,
I run,
or crawl,
avoid light and dark,
to find a place to hide.

In this realm there are no rights.

Mother lashes my soul with tongue,
in a playground too large,
where smiles are short,
sadness long,
where friends don’t see those marks are wrong.

So I dive,
below.

King’s trumpets roar; as I am passed,
by hand,
but everyone’s wearing black -
I tense.
(I think I may have kicked my girl)

From a giant floating leap I land,
to skip with wings whilst fighting beastsies,
slew with the kingdom’s sword.
at times I’ll take on anything,
sometimes it might be you,
at times I’ll take on everything
sometimes I might be you.

He still creeps in from time to time,
his self destructive nature,
addictive,
sweet,
he is candy,
I am meat.

Headshake and I’m awake in fields,
of clover and song,
only one track is made in green so pure,
mine,
I am alone.

The things I love pursuit me,
in a setting I have never seen,
smiles and dimples take my eye,
asked ‘where have you been?’.

A wind picks up,
I close my eyes,
breathing memories of patch work dreams.
Hypnotic heart beat,
chest fall then rise,
to wake
forget,
despite my tries.
