First cut ain't the deepest
I'm a slow healer,
So if you're going to cut, cut deep,
Use a knife,
Take the pound of flesh,
Stop my heart quickly,
Dont twist slowly and take years of my life.
Or speak,
Allow the promise of truth we applied come through,
Dont use lies and fuck another man too,
Or pretend I don't know what you're up to,
Taking me of all men for a fool,
And then pretend it is me not you,
Retort and add wealth to my mental...
So if you're going to cut, cut deep,

Liminal,
spitting words under breath the kings ignored,
unwilling to mercifully crucify your understanding,
unwilling to give the grains of time away.

We can do, we can dare, we can alone or we can share,
it’s to die for.
Divine, scared and blind,
or crude or arrogantly, here finally,
nor presumptuous or rude,
but leaving violence final option,
we all agree,
nor, apart or too far,
both seeing others layers,
or dope, or mug,
i’ll have a brew if you’re up love,
or remembering...

Me in our world
I have made good from bad
Yet made bad turn into dispair,
Floated dreamed and drifted,
Whilst be honest with myself and aware,
Stumbled over love,
Made many women cum,
Enjoyed the music alone and with,
Also the radio at home just us alone,
With nothing to want or give,
I've followed celebrity tales,
Nature's imperfect trails,
Seen mammals, birds as they've shone,
My heart a millions times undone,
I've prayed to god,
Seen it in dogs,
Ruminated to feel there is a sense of 1.
Seen whole become empty, ...

UPBEAT INSPIRATIONAL POEM

Ok
It's OK,
Not daily assured, but no down to the level I know thst calls,
Not always sunny but it is today,
Today is OK.
I can sit outside, know I'm present and in control of my mind, I have no drugs or depression, and in days to myself I've not lied, I've stumbled and swayed and I'm feeling this thing,
I'm OK,
Not worried this state is too less, or the barb wire from fence I've climbed in mental duress, to seek a state where I'm over the top happy nor on my knees to be forgiven and pray,
I'm ok.
So here we are reader, I worry for you, I doubt you...

Personal growth
Hands in the land, I'm digging holes
not for my grave,
I left those selfish thoughts in yesterday.
But to harvest,
with my best intent being food for my family,
A family that I crave,
To love and pass on what I learned as I failed,
To see all the seeds grow,
And forever let that youthful seed know it's made me proud it is strong and feels free, as it blossoms now tree,
in a bond entwined to make something kind for life,
That'll be from my wife,
Or lost fiancee,
She held the part of me lost but I destroyed it anyway, ...
not for my grave,
I left those selfish thoughts in yesterday.

Is it worth it,
Worth it all,
Daily,

Life
The devil's in the detail,
And detail rule my mind,
Breathe, meditate, westernised as mindfulness,
Like alcoholic, retard, old words some remain,
Find your middle amongst new words for pain,
Borders, war, Muslim and hate,
White, power,
Terrorist, oh give over love.. The ones speaking and shaming are shame on themselves.
Trust your heart.
It's the last thing you say goodbye to,
That final goodbye,
But know your soul,
One split end needs...

Fiends and users,
Different road same street,
THose who need it vs those who won't let it take,
daily,
crack and short high, end of the session thinking ash is white, adjusting symmetry , holding in accusations as the readjustment begins, to remember you promised, this will be the final release...got things to do before the od'ing on the street, or perhaps building up to that,
but if im thinking about life, then i know what's it might have,
slow sipps of beer, as the body calms, you remember you didn't need this in your best dreams, but then you do...

You are so awesome with might,
fearsome in the fact of what you've seen,
until you are left with what might have beens,
clean in your appraisal of being correct to leave me behind,
correct to think you could destroy my mind.
You didn't need a poet, or a man that for fucking all things knows it,
but who without you is sad,
and who's genius is mad,
or a first date in Spain to see Animal Collective and Brian Wilson,
or guide you on the first pill you ever had. (of so many things)
Nah, 8 years younger...

Lovers' Grave
Lover's Grave
It started this way,
Before laying to rest in Lover's Grave,
It was sweet, fun and pure in them halcyon days
We sparkled in beige
Gave morons our rage
Made love at half time
Whilst watching the game
Oh it was so good
We fell amateurishly in love
Hopelessly twisted together
A new march, a new drum
I worshipped you
But knew to give space
I wanted your every second
Whilst not all up in your face
The same principles we shared and on these we would talk, our bond tightening tourniquet ...
