Rattle Bag of Senyru Inspired by T S Eliot line

by T S Eliot line "Do I dare disturb the universe? (Prufrock)

Love letter written
Folded deep in tweed pocket
Hung on hook, forever.

Fog swirls in tea cup
Breaks spoon spine, snuffs searching voice
To hide in cutlery tray.

Damp mist shreds beauty
Oh, how skin shows shattered bone:
We give rain to storms.

Aquaphobics dry,
Revulsion of ocean blue
Turn tides off: no fish.

Splash pink on mountain?
Paint washes from porous rocks
Fingernails instead.

Einstein despaired, woe
Women only like his mind
So he shot scientists.

Hush for sleeping love,
Silence, be lady tonight
Let us dream softly.

All peacocks now grey
Funeral sales on e-Bay,
Step outside, smile please!

ERULGCT 31. Pic fused c/o Uma xx Something silly for the weekend. Randomly linked/theme. 'The Love Song of J Alfred Prufrock' is remarkable really. From irony of a love song (it will never be sung) to punching final stanza. ALL STAY SAFE
