Guardian Angel

I've been drowning in deep sorrow since the day she died
And now she evolved into my guardian angel from being my bride
But my tears are accelerating from my eyes
She was my first love, my queen...my ultimate prize
I told her that I would rather be the first to pass on
Cause I knew that she would be ok raising our first born
My frustration has turned into an unrelenting storm
She knew the day would come but it felt so wrong
A rare form of cancer has taken her life
That shit cut me deeper than a knife
Cause I wasn't prepared to lose her so soon
I remember the first day we met, it was in June
I was her sun and she was the moon

I know God will take care of her up there
And I know that I won't find another like her cause she was rare
