Racing Thoughts
As sleep evades me
He continue to creep in my mind
Tip toeing in my thoughts
Like a thief with eyes
I've seen before
A familiar feeling!
Thoughts lined up; at the starting point
Ready to chase beautiful dreams away
Suppressed emotions; lie deep
But I refuse to cry in my sleep!
Over a man who will never see me
