This habit makes mosaics of my emotions and turns destructive notions into quotations
all of the tolls and all of the hatred
washed away by this ocean
a productive swell
that keeps healthy thoughts on rotation
Every day I falter
then I reform
out of the chaos
these words are born
I am weakened
I am forlorn
but I will rebuild
