UNREMARKABLE HELIUM BALLOON
It starts
A wrinkled bit
Of rubber nothing
But that belies its wonder
You could blow it
Up with just your lips
But turn the knob
With proper time and pressure
And you can count on it
To stay risen- make you
Squeal that high-pitched way
Should you desire
You can tie it
To your wrist
But be careful
Not to let it pop
As you move your hips
It bobs along
The pink balloon
I gave to you
A wrinkled bit
Of rubber nothing
But that belies its wonder
You could blow it
Up with just your lips
But turn the knob
With proper time and pressure
And you can count on it
To stay risen- make you
Squeal that high-pitched way
Should you desire
You can tie it
To your wrist
But be careful
Not to let it pop
As you move your hips
It bobs along
The pink balloon
I gave to you
