The Scents
The scents sent to entice the crowd
are designed by minds most foul
knowing smells will surely lure
the customers to their peril
this danger is not mortally based
with existence to be erased
instead the curious are invited
to partake of sniffs delightful
be they pleasing to the nose
delightful beyond blessed chance
or to terrible to contemplate
fragrant in the stink debated
each invites the tempted throngs
by aromas they truly long
the body follows the nostril’s lead
seeking what the scents proceed.
