Worrying Too Much

As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression, I completely understand where you're coming from here. To answer your question, no it's usually not worth it. That's the thing with anxiety... most of the time it's not rational. We worry wayyy more than we should. Anyway... just wanted to let you know you aren't alone. Some days are harder than others... certain things trigger it and make it worse too. I completely understand your pain.

I can really relate and I think most people here can say the same...
I too surfer from anxiety and depression....

It's better to think subconsciously then to find oneself trap within a situation with no way out your mind is your most powerful weapon don't be afraid to use it to remind thyself to continue to keep thinking...nicely done poetess
