dandelion seed
flowers the glory
I won't doubt my inner light
it his gift shared
a little dandelion of hope
blown on the wind
carried away on a tempest
then landing in the heart of another
a seedling of truth
to implant in the mind of fellow poets
to stir the restless spirits
out of their stagnant perch
flourishing in the thoughts of another
taking firm root becoming knowledge
this little weed has come so far
beauty is in the eye of the beholder
full circle the seed planted is worthy
blooming anew to glory once more

That is such a magical poem, smackdownraven. I loved the analogy of the seed of hope, traveling in the wind to the minds of other poets, sprouting new growth... so gorgeous the way you worded it. It made me think of my own poem 'Ink', except, honestly, I think you explained it in a more elegant and beautiful way than I did. This was REALLY good, for me at least! Keep planting those seeds :)

aw thank you dearest poet I am truly moved by the love you've shown this poem...you really made my day...it really is a blessing from our creator my mind has under gone a transformation as of late when he revealed his presence to me much like when I was a child...if this seed touches but one poet such as yourself I feel grateful to be the handmaiden to see it on its way... I'm going to read your poem now I'm sure it is beautiful ❤

I clicked random poem, and here I am! I liked it a lot! I am from Illinois originally and have picked and played with many a dandelion !
