BROKEN

Somehow we all
get broken
along the way,
something happens
to change everything
in one day,
from then on
it's never the same.

You find yourself
wondering how
your life would
have been if
that day had
been different.

Over the years
you accept it,
move on and
grow, but still
deep inside
you there is a
knowing of those
broken parts,
those days when
everything changed.
