Honey Tea
Afternoon.
Nothing much,
But how are you so?
It’s wonderful,
Your tragic times are under.
How am I?
Well I’m waiting,
Like one does so.
Before the water bubbles up,
I remember when the lonely blossom said:
I wasn’t sure what to do,
When you smiled at me too soon,
Buzzin’ like the thunder brewed.
You knew that I couldn’t run,
I pleaded you wouldn’t so.
But once your lips left my own,
The tears rolled off my petals.
The tears like honey petals.
The tears like honey petals.
*instrumental*
But the truth,
That my tongue,
Could never handle.
There was nothing left,
For you to hold,
But sorrow.
I wonder too,
Where my friends go,
Once the wind calls.
If only I could dream,
If my only memory didn’t have to be yours.
*instrumental + ‘oooh’*
I wasn’t sure what to do,
When you smiled at me too soon,
Buzzin’ like the thunder brewed.
You knew that I couldn’t run,
I pleaded you wouldn’t so.
But once your lips left my own,
The tears rolled off my petals.
It’s warm and bittersweet, love.
It’s warm and bittersweet, love.

This song is sung by the voice of the charming indie artist, OOHYO, and these English lyrics are made by me.
Please, check out her intricate lyrics as well, and the original sorrowful, but heartfelt song.
