Pain

  
 
   
    it's refreshing to be honest; it's good to feel; pain is confirmation that one is still real;  
   
 I'm learning to accept it-that it's just how life works; never thought that one day, I'd say it's good to feel hurt; it's the reason i write a single verse;  
   
    and it's ok. it's ok to feel pain; to be married to it; accepting discomfort, and embracing this earth;    
   
the numb comes and goes; but the feeling's still there; pain is a safeguard, that gives you more years....
