Diaries of a drug addict

He told me:
"Do this line,
this shit is good.
Did you like it?
I knew you would.

I won't let this hurt you
i'll only let you do it once a week
you won't get addicted
just chill out and enjoy the tweak."

Now I'm smoking too much oil, hash and green
railing too much methamphetamine,
poppin' speed and ecstacy
percocets and oxys
shooting up blow and codiene
maybe add some alcohol and ketamine
I need a toke, I need a smoke.
Oh God, I'm such a fiend

I said: "I need a line
I haven't had one all day"
He replied: " Well, fuck you,
we're not playing Who's Line Is It Anyway."

"Can I borrow twenty bucks?
I've got no money.
I haven't eaten, I'm in debt
and this shit doesn't come free."

I need the euphoria back
I will get on my knees
Such a desperate junkie whore
" I'll do anything,just keep me high please!"

The apartment is shit,
with no heat, phone, internet, food, or cable
But I don't care
As long as theirs lines on the coffee table

Got fired from another job, but got my final pay
We can pay our debts, we can get high all day
But now the temporary dream is over, all my money is spent
I can't pay my bills,
Oh, fuck, I can't pay my rent

Now I'm kicked out;
on my own,
evicted,
with no where to call a home.
im on the streets
and so cold
and i've never felt so alone.

I think we've got an OD!
Someone call an ambulance!
Let's get her to emergency!
The city screams with sirens and this time,
their coming for me.

Doctor's stepping into my room
saying" You had an overdose
You're lucky to be alive,
That was really close."

I'm always chasing the dragon
I need this to feel alive.
Im fighting a battle I cannot win.
I need drugs to simply survive

I need to get out of this scene
This needs to be over
can I ever be clean?
will I ever become sober?

*Random glimpses of what has happened to me in the drug scene, kind of got an order down but this shit's still kinda all over the place. I may turn this into one big huge poem once I add more and get an order goin'*
