Be here now,
my little man,

while you can.
Don't look to the future,
don't look to the past,
just enjoy ever moment
for as long as it lasts.
I watch you crawl
across the floor,
as you so curiously
start to explore.
Take it all in
while you can,
now you're here

My little man is all grown up now but whenever I think of this poem it takes me back to those crawling days!
