This is a lovely poem. I really enjoyed the reference of the constellation in mapping freckles on your loved one’s cheeks but this line “i can see every wish i ever made
lit up in your smile ” is a homerun. It is so tender and humble in its appreciation of the gift received- makes the heart flutter. Beautiful write. H🌷
