what happens always..

to trust and embrace,
to look your fears and short comings
in the face and feel no disgrace
towards them or yourself.

and please understand
whose sorrow it is
that you sink into every second,
even though you sense the sadness
and feel the frustration
and attempt to evade the emotions,
it's entirely unavoidable
experiencing all this shit,
when you just feel like
you might like to quit
but you don't
and you shouldn't
and you won't.
