Turn words to water
On the days when I wonder
Why i even bother
Why am I here?
What do I have to offer?
Just let me soak
In the pain of others
To know the flood
And dive deep on purpose
Is to live a life more honest
Than those on the surface
When I'm feeling worthless
This makes it worth it
I put pain to paper
To help lift the burden
Without letters to myself
My mental powers would falter
I'm on display to help us both through
I'm an everyday author

i love the logic to this spill.
From the beginning to the end, it makes a lot of sense
and love the metaphor with the water -- works well, here.
i think we've all asked these questions to ourselves at some age in our lives.
Eventually we must get our hands dirty and try out all sorts of new things
while figuring out what to put our faith in to come up with the answers
ourselves.

Of course. I use a lot of rhyme myself. I tend to try to make words flow. You did a great job. Love the honesty as well.
