BEWARE OF THIS MAN

Do not rent or help Curtis Ralquist also known as Clueless Robbi.  
He has felonies in Florida and Alaska 4 violence.
He drinks 18 cans beer a day stole my car.
  He will use you and throw you away.

 he wont pay bills or rent or buy food.  
he works at G and L  Texas 3rd shift in Tempe Alaska
 is currently staying in weekly rate motels .

 his credit is very bad and background report
goes back to teen years of troubles.  
 He also wont clean up after himself  
makes messes especially in the kitchen  
he thinks he can cook but cant.  
He also is very ill has type 2 diabetes and  
chronic pancreatitis attacks caused by yrs of drinking.
