I dont understand

I'm struggling at the moment I can't explain
My mind Is clouded with bad thoughts and pain
I mean I'm ok I'm not insane
I just feel like I'm juggling knives inside my brain
Sometimes I get hit by this sombre tone
At times I just need to be alone
I try to navigate my minds lands
But it's something noone understands
I'll be ok this episode will pass
For now I walk barefoot on the broken glass
A thousand thoughts scratched in the sand
And I cant explain because I dont understand
