Relief
After a long walk
Along the cliffside
Hurried by the breeze
Halted by the sunset
I pick up a stone
Rough in my cold had
As the sun dips below the horizon
I drop my gift into the dark depths
Even though no one saw the ripples
I knew somehow
As the stars shone slowly
My efforts were merely mistook
Along the cliffside
Hurried by the breeze
Halted by the sunset
I pick up a stone
Rough in my cold had
As the sun dips below the horizon
I drop my gift into the dark depths
Even though no one saw the ripples
I knew somehow
As the stars shone slowly
My efforts were merely mistook
