Call of Fate

Opportunity always comes early but I’m running late,
And I wish I could find the desire to celebrate,
But the more I think about it, I cant relate,
Stampeding horses burden us with earthquakes.

The call of fate is always powerful,
But when things don’t work out it’s never our fault,
We seek the answers to our misery,
But maybe it’s all in our history.

If a man came calling and asked me what I wanted,
The things I want would have to be confronted,
Procrastination of evolution
would bring the halt of revolution,
And could I really ever be trusted,
to accept a point of view,
To find belief that I can stop dreaming,
And bring myself to pastures new.

The call of fate is always powerful,
But when things don’t work out it’s never our fault,
We seek the answers to our misery,
But maybe it’s all in our history.

Turn into the darkness,
And let it find it’s way,
Into your every atom,
And push your soul away,
Then find what it has taken,
And pull it from the deep,
Find the shattered bridge and
take the biggest leap.

Take the leap,
Take the leap,
From the deep.

Don’t be late,
Don’t be late,
Call of fate.
