Tear Stained Cheeks
Teeth sinking in,
& smooth bitten skin.
The sting of the belt,
& pretty raised welts.
A crisp landing smack,
& holding tears back.
Tears starting to fall,
& feeling quite small.
Tear stained cheeks,
& tightly gripped sheets.
That look in his eyes,
& those butterflies.
Kissing away tears,
& silencing fears.
A whisper so loud,
You make Daddy so proud.
