UnSpoken
She sits in the corner all sad and down
She doesn't bother to make a sound
She wonders why everyone hates her
why do they show her so much contempt
She's just a girl hoping and dreaming
hoping to be herself freely
But at home it is worse
She makes a sound
then they burst
To never take her eyes away
From the basement she shall stay
She dreams about running away
She dreams about running away so far away
Where she can be herself and it will be okay
But that is just a dream
and in life she is just a girl
A girl that no-one will ever understand
She doesn't bother to make a sound
She wonders why everyone hates her
why do they show her so much contempt
She's just a girl hoping and dreaming
hoping to be herself freely
But at home it is worse
She makes a sound
then they burst
To never take her eyes away
From the basement she shall stay
She dreams about running away
She dreams about running away so far away
Where she can be herself and it will be okay
But that is just a dream
and in life she is just a girl
A girl that no-one will ever understand
