Sigh!

Sometimes I feel like I'm just constantly falling
Swirling, spiraling down a dark abyss
Trying to keep my head afloat but my emotions won’t let me go
Like why am I always over thinking  
Dreaming nightmares instead of wonders  
Why do my eyes fill up with tears of regrets and hurtful situations of the past?
Like why can’t I get past it  
I clenched my fists sometimes I hold my breathe,  
Just so long as the contraction of the thought has left  
My mind numbed, I feel nothing  
But its just for a while till everything comes rushing  
Like a tsunami washing away the smiles it lingers for a while
