Peace on earth

 
 
 
 
 
 
  why should one feel discouraged;
why should the shadows come;
why should one's heart feel lonely;
and long for peace on earth;
 
 
   when no one knows for certain,
   where one could live in peace;
   to find that true belonging,
   before the flesh decease;
 
 
  the pain just grows much stronger;
  one fights it through the day;
  there seems to be no place to go,
  somewhere so far away;
 
    
   where heaven is for real,
   and pain has gone away;
 where there's no competitions;
  or reasons to debate
