Waiting for you my love
Another year has come and gone
I’m still here waiting for you
I’m wondering if I’ve met you already and I just didn’t know who you were
I have all this love for you already and don’t even know your name
Though I’ve imagined a face that has never quite filled in
Are you out there wondering and waiting for me?
As I am out here wondering and waiting for you
I’ve imagined us together and see our past, present and future as though it’s a beautiful memory
Have you seen it? It’s quite beautiful and brings a tear to my eye
Will this love story ever happen?
I know I’m not perfect
I’m not asking for perfection from you either
Just looking for the one I'm perfectly imperfect with
I’ll be here waiting whenever you’re ready to start this journey
Until then you have my love and a home in my heart
When you find this know that I love you
And I always will

And, no doubt, she’ll pop into your life when you’re ready to embrace her; wholeheartedly !
Hmm. Who knows, she may have already attempted to reconnect, and make plans with you but nothing came to fruition as hoped.
Oft, life can get in the way if you’re a pair of workaholics; however, with a little planning, and ongoing collaboration, you can make things happen.
Trust, is key; much like... consistency !
So. Call her, if she’s not calling you.

As with your every poetry write on here, this one is as beautiful with yearn as all the others.
All I'll say is oft the path to love is a long one, pack sandwiches & plenty of water,
Be with patience, and calm thoughts, and dont run, enjoy what you see as you take steps forward
