Memories you wish
Could be left behind
Everybody has them
However infinitely small
Niggling at your back brain
Like ants wanting to crawl
In order to release them
Talk, converse, express
Write about them
Draw about them
Let the subject be addressed
In this way your pressure
Can be shared with all
In a way of self relief
Total memory recall

Unwanted memories are best erased when creating better moments that elevate the said person to rise above any negative energy that remains as a result of those unwanted memories resurfacing !
May those who suffer from such affliction, create the space and opportunity to heal from such wounds.
I love the relatability of this write, from a humanistic perspective as we all have those memories; some, at more varying degrees of extremity than others.
