THE CYCLE OF CHANGES

Have you ever felt lost and alone within a world full of folks but yet still feel in your soul that you are truly alone within the darkness of ones spiritual soul, for have you ever felt that you just dont fit into an society that doesnt truly understand that what your going through isnt something that you plan for its like riding an emotional rollercoaster to no end.  
                                                                                                                                    Have you ever had a dream that left you drain and dripping with sweat but yet and still you try to figure out where is it you have been in order to feel this way being in your own skin, when you cant even get out of bed due to the mere aching in your body and head that seems to pound with each movement of trying to rise up from the entwine sheets that became wet from the heat of your sweat.                      
                                                                                                                               Have you ever had just one of those days that you really cant understand why is this happen to you as you hope it will pass so that you can rise up out of bed, but at last you figured it out for it comes from the stress of night sweats for one second your cold than the next second you become hot, as you go through the cycle known as change of life but like with all things it to will pass so that you can rise from the ashes and begin to have some what of an life.
