Image for the poem In The Swirl Of Delight

In The Swirl Of Delight

Feast my eyes
on the colors
leaving me to swirl
in the vision
the mystery wrapped
in a flattering dress
the need to caress
losing my manners
rising to the possibility
of saturations beneath
craving to explore
and reach the inner core
a giggle slips
from the innocence
you reach to me
the inspired clutch
leading soon
to an inspired sucking
that only knowledge
of that devious spell
can advance
elegance fleeting
our rapid breathing
stripping us down
to bathe in the possibilities
of our conjoined tasting
the absence of reason
even more fuel
to engage
the symphony of nerve endings
on back and while bending
leaving us to swirl
in the right decision
