The Crazies
In a world of misleading ads
Deceptive terrorism plots
I just sit back and try to relax
Wrap my head around the thought
Of a knife in my back, too many mishaps
Blood-hungry men, crashed or missing planes
The ignorant complaints
The sick and faint of heart
Like a cancer torn apart from remarks
Of an explicit piece of art
There's a sickness within the human race
Like a virus spread throughout our veins
GMO's, antibiotics, EMF's and hormones
It's disgusting how people have become
Infected with s**t like spit from the Devils tongue
From the status quo to population control
Has me wondering if the rich and powerful even have a soul
We're surrounded and controlled by puppets and dummies
It's almost funny how we let this all happen
Force fed the idea of money
All of a sudden we're clapping
But money can't buy happiness
It's unfortunate the way life is
Inappropriate like most of Trumps comments
I'm just a mortal man with immortal dreams
Decent men living in an indecent time
Forced to live a life of lies and crime
Life is hard as it is
It's even harder if you're stupid
Pollution, garbage, plastic from you jerks
We have no Captain Planet to save our Earth!
Yet we coninue to make it worse
We are our own worst enemy
As imagination and creativy are but figments of empathy
Dreams are no longer dreamt but fogotten emphatically
It's a shame that we have to fight for freedom
A necessary evil but do we really need them?
I look to the sky in this quiet storm
Am I the only one who thinks out of the norm?
A Blackhole is my brain I absorb when in orbit
Crashing through your coordinates
Stronger than the strongest of the Darkside
It was only before I saw the darkness
That I could appreciate the light
Shout out to Talib Kweli
"At exactly which point do you start to realize that life without knowledge is death in disguise, that's why knowledge of self is like life after death, apply it your life and let destiny manifest."
