I hate how the more people age
The more pessimistic they get
How they have let their sufferings
Define them
Notvrealising that in each situation
They have conquered so much
Not realizing how strong strong they are
Yet they are crippling themselves mentality

I hate how they complain
How they let their dreams die
Them try and convince me to do the same

What happened to the happy old people
Who always lived to laugh
To share a story or two
Be as sweet as the sweets the hoard
Yet today

People are sad
In a time when we have more
Than what previous generations could have dreamed of

Look I am not saying
Your pain is not real
In fact even I am dealing with my own pain
But I also believe that we must always seek a way forward
We must always have genuine smiles
Always help where you can
Always take care of yourself
Always believe in yourself
Always pray for yourself
As much as you pray for others

Know that you are human
There is nothing wrong with having feelings
Just don't get trapped in them

Move on when the time comes

Go out and jump in puddles
Go out and eat that food
Go out and watch that movie

Or just sit in doors
And read a book

What ever it is that brings peace to your soul

Nobody really knows if there is an after life
So you might not have another shot at this

Would it not be better to just be
Would it not be better to just be happy
