Radio Silence

Some only respond to money & violence
May be better to engage in radio silence
Violence can send us to the penitentiary
Resulting in more misery unnecessarily

So choosing to be mute may be for the best
Or using other means to get it off our chest
Never invest in those who make you an option
Prioritize your peace before reaching a coffin

Allow pain to keep on sloughing off of your spirit
Only you decide when you've reached your limit
You can only be hit so many times with a whip
Before choosing to depart on a one man trip

When you dip into your shell they'll wonder WTH
But if they'd listened, it would've been revealed
If they value how others feel over how you do
Allow yourself to heal by accepting the truth
