Just stating

I understand the laughter and play
I try to listen to what all have to say
I speak you assume why's it this way
 
I try to hold conversation as a friend
An ear in which I'm willing to lend
Yet assume I have motives in the end
 
I'm not into decieving
Or convince of falseties for believing
Why I'm debating on leaving
 
I'm not into internet dating
So why when i speak are you debating
My one love is gone til then I'm waiting
 
Not sure if I come off wrong
Or somethings i say come off strong
If it continues my stay wont be long
 
I've said all i guess I need
Not to make any feel reason to plead
