Questioning Consent
What have I signed up for?
I ask, opening the door
Peering into the room
Doubts begin to loom
I had made it quite clear
Agreeing to be here
Seen the terms and conditions
Double checked for omissions
Yet my baggage rises up
The game appears corrupt
What on earth can I do?
But voice my fears for you?
I question my consent
I believe they’re all bent
I simply can’t cop this
Their actions are remiss
They’ll put man dates on me
From this room I must flee
Speed dating doesn’t work
Best go home for a jerk
