Hand in Hand with the Devil............. (Soap & Skin Comp)
His breath sent warm blushed whisperings across her flesh, igniting her apex with a hellfire singe.
All that once was sacrosanct dissapated as fleeting dopamine surged from his bargaining invitation and plea.
Not even the tides of pink need could tame the greed for theDevil's wicked seed of invirtuous deeds.
He held the fervent balm that soothed the ache, as she surrendered, ignoring all guilt and shame.
Down, went an angel; free falling from grace, succumbing to the game ofiniquity that called her name.
In the end, reality slapped her face to wake up and change, as the bastard laughed at her disgrace, shouting...

Melia, I'm so glad that you hosted this competition, although I overlooked it for the longest time. I found some great music in the process & this song instantly woke me to up to bring me out of some writer's block too! You said any style, so ..... I know this is a totally different entry aside from the others... *grin*....

Thank you for the observation, Solomon. This came from the song Melia gave as an option in the comp, the Devil & Me. My first thought was LUST & easily falling prey to the Devil.

We get tugged in for all the right reasons and when things fall apart we are left to be blamed for all the wrong ones. An eerie feel to the music but it has an inspiring tone.
