The Legend of Benzodiazepine

Hear now the legend of Benzodiazepine;
Dark Knight, Gate Keeper of the Void, Fallen Champion of Aegri Somnia.
Here lies at his feet the armies of Non Compos Mentis
And their commander, Chimera; cut clean from her courser,
Crying cowardly into the lioness's mane.
"Fear!" she opines to her conqueror,

"Fear hath brought me down at your gate.
Destruction of the void I believed my fate;
My devine purpose to extirpate
The power to annihilate all I hold dear.
Clear to me now my hubris;
All logic I suppress,
My mind was too curious,
Too furious to light the path clear.
I beg you now, wed me to the abyss!
I wish no more knowledge of this;
It is a toture I cannot bear."

Benzodiazepine broke his ancient silence,

"As you wish, sleep now and feel no bliss"
