Extraordinary species
bringing lives, creating thesis
preparing the earth to have creatures
Their hearts ,beat endlessly.
like sibling brains of intelligence,
they provide similar excellence
The strength and power fitted in mind,
soft sounding voices as their weapon,
they shape the world,bringing the joy
"Women" is their Name

Many a wise leader has said women should rule the world, imbongi. It's a very solid poem.
In the spirit of honest critique, I'm not sure you need "The" preceding "Women".
