I am not strong...
according to your definition.
You even call me irrational,
an illogical beast
always needing a leash...
Well I am tired of your leash.
I am sick of acting cool,
Putting facts before heart.
Don't tell me to smile and say everything is okay,
When deep down I burn with grief.
"Hey!" I am sick of appearances.
When down, let me cry.
I only ask for your shoulders.
When happy, let me scream.
I only ask that you do not stop me.
When next I cross the line,
When next I do not conform,
When next I deviate,
When next I am myself.
I only ask that you
do not look down on me.

I survived the larger part of my life with LOGICAL -- giving the emotional very little precedence.
As a diagnosed schizophrenic who tries to live without Gov't medications this is as good as it gets for me.
But i DO understand what You mean in this spill
